MANAGER AS COACH

The best leaders empower others to take action. Managers often spend a large amount of their time solving problems, including telling their
people what to do. While this may have a short-term benefit, it can become extremely frustrating
over the longer term for Managers and their people. Command and control is no longer effective in todays' environment. Coaching has never been more important when change is the norm, and resilience crucial.
