The Coaching Clinic®
The Coaching Clinic training program has been corporate-tested and refined for several years, and incorporates the best concepts of coach training and other experts to provide outstanding, leading-edge education and coaching skill/competency development. During the workshop Managers come to understand the difference between managing and coaching, the benefits of each and how to decide which skill to use based on the situation at hand.
What does coaching achieve?
-
Improves employee and organisational resiliency and effectiveness in change.
-
Deals with employee growth, development, and achievement by removing roadblocks to performance and enhancing creativity.
-
Promotes creativity, performance and action.
-
Uses personal knowledge and experience to enable the person being coached to create and develop their own best practices, connections and resources
-
Provides information to support those being coached to develop their own skills and knowledge.
The Coaching Clinic’s model for workplace coaching delivers multiple coaching competencies. During this highly interactive two day workshop
-
leaders learn and apply the CoachU 5-step coaching process, which has proven highly effective in the workplace
-
practice developing 4 primary coaching skills including contextual listening, discovery questioning, messaging and acknowledging
-
Achieve a paradigm shift recognising they so not need to provide all the answers; real growth comes from empowering and enabling others to achieve their personal and professional ambitions and goals.
-
Post workshop coaching and support for leaders is recommended to continue developing and using their skills to completely install the coaching culture and create the benefits the organisation seeks.
While some leaders may "take to" coaching more naturally than others at first, I find that the leaders and clients I work with all enjoy and become effective coaches once they are supported by this model in finding and using their own unique coaching strengths.
Coaching truly provides a win-win for both coach and employee.

Sarah was extraordinary and have has similar experience with her during fundamentals. Content wise was unbelievably relevant to my current role and I took plenty away from it. I look forward to further training and development in the future... Many thanks...

“I thought it was a thoroughly insightful program that was structured extremely well. Sarah is such a natural presenter, with a great fountain of knowledge, I would only recommend the course as a keeper. One of my favourite and most beneficial courses I have ever undertaken at SCA”
Angela Conaghan

"This course nailed the 'coaching process' and defined the difference between being a manager and being a coach...I learn't so much and am now using every opportunity to engage with team members in a coaching mode."
