Performance Appraisals that ROck

The purpose of this workshop is to gain alignment and commitment from all managers in terms of:

1. Articulating the benefits of performance appraisals and their contribution to high performance

2. Increasing expertise in delivering consistent, rational and motivating appraisals for their team members, ensuring each individual understands what is expected from them in the coming year is motivated to deliver and has a clear action plan.

3. Applying the resources provided to identify the gap between current performance and objectives for each member of their team.

4. Setting and agreeing goals in collaboration with the appraisee, linking these to business values and objectives.

5. Committing to ongoing regular performance management for their direct reports that builds engagement and trust and delivers results.
